Terms and Conditions

Fedelta AI is a product of Fedelta Media (KvK 55262937), Jipsingboertangerweg 109, 9551 TP Sellingen, The Netherlands.

1. Parties and services

These terms apply to agreements between Fedelta Media ("we", "us") and the customer ("you") for one or more of the following services: the Fedelta AI licence, performance hosting, the WordPress maintenance contract, and domain registration.

2. Term and cancellation

Services are entered into for a period of 1 year and renew automatically each year unless cancelled. The notice period for cancellation is 1 month before the end of the current term. The Fedelta AI licence and the maintenance contract can be cancelled separately from your hosting. You can always keep just your domain and hosting.

3. Billing

Hosting and maintenance are billed half-yearly by default, or yearly if you prefer. The Fedelta AI licence and domain name renewals are always billed yearly, even when the rest of your package is billed half-yearly. All prices are excl. VAT.

4. What's included

• Licence costs for commercial themes (such as Avada) are not included. Only the one-time installation of your theme is.
• The Fedelta AI licence applies per main domain, including all of its subdomains, and only runs on Fedelta Media hosting.

5. Orders placed through this website

An order placed through fedelta.ai is a request, not a definitive agreement. We'll get in touch personally to confirm the details before anything is finalised.
