1. What we collect and why

When you fill in the order form, we collect the details you enter (such as your name, email, phone number, address and, for businesses, company and VAT details) to process your request or order and to get in touch with you about it.

2. Orders you don't finish

If you start an order but don't complete it, we keep what you entered so far and email ourselves internally about it, so we can follow up and help you finish it. This is based on our legitimate interest in completing the sales process you started.

3. How long we keep it

Unfinished order requests are kept for a maximum of 3 months. Data tied to a completed order is kept as long as needed for the agreement and our legal (e.g. tax) obligations.

4. Cloudflare Turnstile

Our checkout uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and abuse. This involves data processing by Cloudflare.

5. Email

Order and contact details you submit are processed and sent by email so we can act on your request.

6. Cookies

We don't use tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a functional one that remembers your language choice.
